Mark Werner

Mark has over 24 years of combined experience in finance and administration. Mark was the Director of Finance at the second-largest MLTC in NY. Mark’s prior experience was part of the management team at Loeb & Troper, a well-respected accounting and consulting firm in the health care industry.
Mark successfully oversaw many positions in the finance dept. He was in charge of both internal and external audits. He also helped implement and maintain better accounting practices and principles. Mark was responsible for governmental reporting and preparation and analysis of Financial Statements.
At Doral, Mark is responsible for all financial components of the business. Contract negotiations, revenue and expense analysis, and inventory control. Value-based partnerships with the health plans is an area where Mark is primarily focused.
