At Doral Health and Wellness, the health of our patients and preventing the spread of COVID-19 are our highest priorities. We are proud to announce that in addition to COVID-19 testing, we are administering COVID-19 vaccinations at our health center. Most New Yorkers are eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine we administer, the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, is fully approved by the FDA and your insurance carrier covers the cost.

 

Your COVID-19 vaccination will be similar to any doctor visit: You should wear a face mask, as well as bring your I.D. and insurance information. If you’re feeling sick, even with a simple cold, we recommend postponing

getting a COVID-19 vaccination for a minimum of 14 days.

Before walking in before your COVID-19 vaccination, it may be a good idea to have a day off after your appointment so you can recover from possible arm soreness or fatigue. COVID-19 walk-in hours are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30AM to 3PM at Doral Health and Wellness on 1797 Pitkin Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.
